Kickstart Communication Collaborations is our free monthly online community for everyone who has attended a Kickstart Communication training, accessed consultation services, or purchased products. Hosted by Sophie Kerr, Founder of Kickstart Communication, Collaborations is your opportunity to keep learning, stay connected, and continue building communication beyond the initial training or consultation. Bring your questions, share your wins, troubleshoot challenges, and connect with a growing network of parents, carers, educators, therapists, support workers, and professionals who believe communication changes lives. Each session features practical discussion around: * Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) * Building communication across everyday life * Positive, proactive approaches to behaviour * Teaching meaningful new skills * Problem-solving real-world communication challenges * Sharing ideas, resources and experiences with others There are no lectures, no pressure, and no “perfect” questions—just a welcoming space to continue learning alongside others who are committed to helping people become active participants in their own lives. At Kickstart Communication, we believe the best ideas are built together. That’s why Collaborations is included, because supporting communication shouldn’t end when the session does.
